PAIN RELEASE PLAN

Healing begins when you listen within

WHO IS THE PLAN FOR?

As someone who has suffered with chronic pain and has limitations on medication, I understand how debilitating pain can be and this is why I am offering my Pain Release Plan. My online Pain Release Plan is designed to help you reconnect with your body’s natural ability to heal and find relief through mind-body awareness. We’ll explore how the foods you eat can either fuel inflammation or foster healing, to support your body’s natural recovery processes. We’ll also explore the underlying emotional contributors to your pain, using gentle hypnotherapy. Through personalised coaching, breathwork and guided visualisation it may help you to tune into your body’s signals with compassion rather than resistance. By combining mindful eating practices, anti-inflammatory nutrition and guided mind-body techniques, this plan provides you an alternative to feel more at ease within your body.


*A diagnosis from the GP is required for this plan. In some cases GP referral letter may be required.
