As a trained Health Coach, my focus is to empower women to take control of their well-being and achieve optimal hormone balance through nutrition and lifestyle. Having gone through my own personal journey with fibriods, miscarriages, pre-post birth challenges and perimenopause, I understand that hormone imbalance can have a significant impact on a woman's life. These changes can have symptoms in physical health and in emotional well-being and quality of life. Natural nutrition and lifestyle changes can support these changes and make a real difference to the quality of your life. That's why I am dedicated to providing personalised health coaching to help women navigate through these challenges.
My nutrition and health coaching is delivered through my plans. The Hormone Balance Plans are specifically for women experiencing symptoms from hormone, menstrual, fertility, perimenopause or menopause. Hormonal imbalance can give you unpleasant symptoms such as fatigue, mood swings, irregular periods, headaches, skin changes, weight gain, bowel changes and hot flushes. My health coaching approach is holistic and looks at enhancing nutritional balance and lifestyle factors to minimise symptoms and maintain hormone harmony. The plans look at nutrition in detail such as your food habits, blood sugar balance, liver detoxification and gut health which can all play a part in hormone health. The plans also include lifestyle factors such as exercise, mindfulness, environment and sleep hygiene as these are part of the holistic coaching process to enhance your well-being. For those women who have specific health areas or want a general well-being plan, the Women's Wellness Plan allows for a great option to create well-being balance.
Supporting clients in both the body and the mind, I work as a Clinical Hypnotherapist in the areas of fertility, perimenopause, menopause, anxiety and mindfulness. Sometimes we find that beliefs and emotions in our unconscious minds can actually stand in the way of what we want to achieve. Hypnotherapy can help you adopt helpful new beliefs with positive suggestions and let go of the some thoughts and emotions which are holding you back. Hypnotherapy can be a really effective alternative therapy to support you during hormonal changes, during fertility treatment or when you have come to the end of your fertility journey. It can also be an effective tool for anxiety and mindfulness to help overcome challenges.
