I am Aneet, Women's Health Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist (with specialities in Fertility and HypnoMenopause™). I trained as a Health Coach from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), equipping me to use a range of specialist coaching tools and techniques. The CNM Health Coach course is accredited by the UKIHCA and recognised by the Personalised Care Institute (PCI) an organisation that sets standards for evidence based personalised care training. As a Health Coach, my focus is to empower women to take control of their well-being and achieve optimal hormone balance. I understand that hormonal imbalances can have a significant impact on various aspects of a woman's life. Natural nutrition and lifestyle changes can support this balance and make a real difference to the quality of your life. Through my sessions I aim to support women through the hormonal health journey and restore balance naturally with nutrition, lifestyle, exercise, breath work, sleep hygiene, life coaching and clinical hypnotherapy. My sessions are aimed to support your health journey with a mind body approach taking a holistic approach to lifestyle.
My personal journey has led me to become a Women's Health Coach that specialises in hormone balance, menstrual issues and fertility. I have experienced challenges with fibroids and both pre and post birth struggles. My own fertility journey after going through difficult miscarriages and post surgery trauma allows me to understand the emotional fertility journey that women go through and anxiety of pregnancy after baby loss. Being able to help women with a mind-body approach is very important to me and resonates very close to my heart. I am passionate about championing women's health, especially fertility health for Asian women where talking about baby loss is taboo.
During a time when there are so many demands on us and increasingly less time for ourselves, often our health gets neglected. Taking time to care for ourselves is very important and this can relate to all aspects of our life - making a start and knowing where to start can be overwhelming. Often there can be so many changes that you want to or need to change. My health coaching plans are manageable and realistic and they work in unison with you. We change aspects of your life in a positive way a step at time until we reach your end goals. During this process you will also have a coach that will be supporting you during your sessions to keep you motivated.
