MY STORY
I understand this journey not only professionally, but personally.
After navigating fibroids, miscarriages, postnatal challenges and perimenopause myself, I know how deeply hormonal changes can affect every part of a woman's life — from energy and sleep to mood, confidence and emotional wellbeing.
My own experiences inspired me to train as a Certified Health Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist so I could support other women through the challenges I once faced myself.
Today, I combine evidence-informed health coaching, practical food and lifestyle support, sleep management and hypnotherapy techniques to help women feel more balanced, energised and empowered in their health.
